Free Things To Do

Teens

If you look around, there's a lot to do in Edmonton that’s totally free!

The parks and river valley are free to go to - check out the trails.

Lots of festivals are free or low-cost, like the Street Performers, The Works, or Winter Lights, or have parts that are free, like the Fringe Festival.

And check out some of the museums and galleries. The Royal Alberta Museum has a free admission day from time to time and the Art Gallery of Alberta is free on Thursdays from 4-8pm. Most community league memberships include free admission to local recreation centres - check to see if your parents are members - and there are free ice skating times at city rinks at scheduled times.

Libraries often host free activities and spray parks offer free fun in the summer sun. Visit skateparks for free, too.
